Everyone has their favorite corner of Paris.  Some like the museums, others the designer shopping, others the hills of Montmartre.

I love all of Paris, but where I feel at home, where I know every corner and shop and bakery, is the Marais District.  I visit my favorite antique/junk shop, and buy a piece of glass or pottery.  Then I pick up a piece of quiche from my favorite bakery and eat it like a piece of pizza as I window shop.
