I couldn’t resist sharing a few of the Sunshine State while I’m “enjoying” winter in New Hampshire.
First off, what spider is this?
I think he has a smiley face?
Even spiders are happy in Florida warmth
Why did the odd looking duck cross the road? Looking for the beach?
I’m not saying people in Florida are LAZY, but I’m guessing this lawnmower is broken.
I like this as the bird is saying “no time to stay for a photograph, I’m late for afternoon nap!”

That spider’s the spiny orb weaver. There’s a bunch of different varieties in shape and color, but the ones here in Miami seem to universally have white skull-like patterns and red spikes.
They’re really common and teeny.
