Friday Fun Flick! Postal Uniforms in Malta

This guy was delivering mail while we walked along a side street in Valletta, Malta. He was rather grouchy, and didn’t appear to like us walking along the street while he wove back and forth across the narrow lane. He must be good at his job, because the numbering system seemed to make no sense.
